Frequently asked questions

Can my assistant react when someone adds an expense?

Yes, with ChatGPT’s automations: it can be told about a new expense, a repayment or a budget reached in a shared space, then do what you asked. It only receives what its connection can already read, and everything stops as soon as you remove it.

What is the FYVLO panel?

In ChatGPT or Claude, FYVLO can show as a panel: your spaces, the balances and who pays back whom, drafts to approve. The button takes you to FYVLO for any approval.

Can the assistant spend or change my accounts on its own?

No. It prepares drafts; nothing changes in the balances until you’ve confirmed it in FYVLO. It can neither delete nor repay.

What does it see of my data?

Only the spaces you ticked when connecting, and only what the chosen permissions allow. Never your receipt photos or your sign-in details.

How do I cut off access?

In FYVLO, Settings → AI assistants: each connection can be revoked in one tap. The assistant loses access immediately.

Does it cost anything?

No, except FYVLO reading receipts: 1 scan from your allowance per receipt, and the assistant asks you first. Reading, preparing and summaries are free.

Do I need a FYVLO account?

Yes, a free account: assistants connect to your account, never to a guest session.

My assistant isn’t on the list.

If it can use an MCP server, it works with a FYVLO token (the “Another assistant” tab). Write to us and we’ll add one-click connection for it.
