Document being finalised. Still to be filled in: Contact email, Consumer mediator. This version is not a statement of compliance.
1. The service
FYVLO, published by TR Insight, lets several people organise their expenses: trips, households, item splitting, balance calculation and tracking of recorded repayments. These terms describe how the discovery version is meant to work; they must be finalised with the publisher’s details.
FYVLO isn’t a banking service. It doesn’t move money and doesn’t guarantee payment of the amounts shown between participants.
2. Account and access
You can start with a guest account tied to your device. To get your access back on another device, secure your account from Settings. Losing a guest account’s local data can prevent you from recovering access.
Protect your sign-in details and share group or receipt links only with the people they’re meant for. Don’t publish personal data or receipts you aren’t allowed to share.
3. Expenses, scans and corrections
Amounts and splits come from the information entered or confirmed by participants. Check the beneficiaries, payers, currency and total before approving an operation.
Automatic receipt extraction can make mistakes. The result must be reviewed and corrected before confirming. A receipt of 1 to 8 pages sent together counts as one scan when analysed. The scan is taken from your allowance, the trip’s Pass, or the one a subscribed participant chose to share in the space. Manual entry and splitting remain free.
Disputes about whether an expense or repayment happened are settled between participants. Confirmation and history features help keep a record, without making any payment.
4. AI assistants
An assistant connection only gives access to the allowed spaces and functions. You can choose to include your future spaces and revoke access in Settings. Availability also depends on the terms of the assistant used.
Financial entries prepared by an assistant must be confirmed in FYVLO before they’re saved. Some optional permissions allow creating or configuring spaces. The permissions shown when connecting say exactly what’s allowed.
5. Free plan and future plans
The catalogue distinguishes a free plan from planned premium plans. No paid purchase is currently open. Provisional prices are neither an order nor a billing commitment.
Before any sale, the applicable terms will set out in particular the price, duration, any renewal, cancellation, guarantees and consumer rights. The free plan keeps access to data, balances and manual features even when a premium benefit ends.
6. Availability and use
Signing in, some analyses and syncing need network access. Offline drafts don’t replace a backup. Keep an export of your important data and check that operations have synced.
The service must not be used to spread illegal content, access other people’s data or get around technical limits. Anti-abuse limits may apply regardless of commercial plans.
7. Data and closing your account
The privacy policy describes the data processed and the points still to be finalised. You can export your data and request deletion of your account. Shared entries are kept under the conditions explained on that page.
8. Minimum age
You must be at least 15 to create an account. Below that age, the consent of a holder of parental authority is required, in accordance with article 45 of the French Data Protection Act.
9. Reporting content or abuse
FYVLO hosts content entered by its users: names, descriptions, receipts, report messages. If you notice illegal content or abusive use, write to us at the contact address in the legal notice stating the space or link concerned, the reason for the report and your contact details. This address is also the single point of contact required by the EU Digital Services Act (DSA, art. 11 and 12), in French or English.
Every report is reviewed. If content is removed or access restricted, the person concerned is told the reasons for the decision and how to challenge it (DSA, art. 16 and 17).
10. Suspension and closure
You can close your account at any time from Settings. TR Insight may suspend access in case of use contrary to these terms — security breaches, getting around limits, spreading illegal content — after informing you, except in an emergency or where the law requires otherwise. Suspension doesn’t erase entries shared with other participants.
11. Liability
FYVLO calculates balances from the information participants enter; it guarantees neither their accuracy nor the settlement of amounts between them. TR Insight uses reasonable means to ensure the service’s availability and security, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms limits a liability the law forbids limiting, nor the rights you have under the French Consumer Code.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may change along with the service. A significant change is announced in the app at least thirty days before it applies. You can close your account if you don’t accept it; your data remains exportable until then.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in another European Union country, you keep the protection of your country’s mandatory rules. If you disagree with us, contact us first: most issues are resolved that way. Failing that, you can refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator (see the terms of sale) or to the competent court under the legal rules.
